La Yole - St Jean-de-Monts, Vendée

Parc Description

La Yole is a popular choice for its superb playground and evening entertainment. Offering an array of swimming pools that includes an indoor pool, waterslide, paddling pool and spacious play area, this is very much a parc for families. The parc owners are very proud of their parc and are keen for parc regulations to be respected. Just a little way from the coast road, La Yole also offers you a beautiful beach nearby and two super resorts just down the road. Out and about, you’ll find chic St. Jean de Monts just up the coast which offers a nice change of pace. There’s a lovely air of relaxation about this part of the Vendée too, with its myriad of cosy cafés and seaside stalls selling local wine and produce. And should you just want to explore, you’ll find that the whole area is covered with fragrant pine forests. Our 29th year at this parc.

Local Events

If you like music it's worth visiting the world music Festival at Vivonne, where musicians from around the world take part in this annual festival of world folk music, from 13th to 16th May. Also the jazzellerault Festival at Charellerault, from 20th to 29th May, or the free jazz and blues concerts of theRendez-vous de L'Erdre in Nantes, 26th to 28th Aug.

Getting There

Regional airports at Nantes and La Rochelle make fly drive an easy option. Alternatively, ferries to St Malo, Caen, Cherbourg and Roscoff are available.
